  3. En un recipiente chico vas a mezclar 2 cucharadas de gochujang, soya y azúcar.
  4. La cantidad de soya y de azúcar dependen de tu gusto personal. Prueba con dos cucharadas de soya y 2 cucharitas de azúcar. Ve probando cómo va quedando y puedes ir agregando de poco en poco soya y azúcar. Debe ser algo balanceado.
  5. En la misma olla que usaste antes, guisa lunas delgadas de media cebolla primero y después vierte de 5 cucharadas de caldo de pollo. Agrega la mezcla de gochujang que preparaste y mézclalo bien.
  6. Deja que se caliente un poco y vierte los "rice cakes". Calienta a fuego medio.
  7. Agrega 1 cucharadita de aceite de ajonjolí y sigue removiendo poco a poco hasta que se vaya espezando la mezcla.
  8. Cuando veas que está espesita agrega rebanadas de queso. Nosotros usamos gouda Kröon. Tapa la olla y deja que se derrita un poco.
  9. Listo para servir!! Sirve en bowls y agrega el ajonjolí encima. También se puede agregar cebollín.
