- Cuando ya está lo suficiente caliente el sartén, agarramos una por una las milanesas de pollo y las pasamos por el huevo para que el huevo ayude que el empanizador quede más fijo en las milanesas, después de envolver las milanesas en huevos las ponemos sobre el empanizador y las envolvemos bien y la echamos al sartén a que se fría
- Estar pendientes de que se fría y no dejar que se fría demasiado porque sino el empanizador se quemará y nuestras milanesas sabrán a quemado....... Sacarlas y ponerlas en papel toalla para que no quede con exceso de aceite y provecho mis amig@s
