- 350 gr carne de res en cuadritos
- 2 chiles de árbol
- 4 chiles guajillo
- 4 jitomates

- En una olla amplia colocamos las 4 1/2 tazas de agua con la 1/2 cucharada de sal, revolvemos y dejamos hervir. Cuando hierva bajamos la flama a fuego muy bajo y agregamos el arroz. Mover de vez en cuando para que no se pegue. Cocinar con tapa durante 35 min. o hasta que el arroz esté bien cocido. (Tiene que quedar como arroz para sushi, esponjoso). Apagamos y reservamos.
- Para los frijoles sólo necesitamos aplastarlos un poco y llevarlos a una sartén para sofreírlos. Agregar sal al gusto. Apagar y reservar. (Los frijoles deben quedar un poco líquidos).
- Para terminar, en un plató colocamos arroz, luego frijoles, la salsa con la carne, crema y espolvorear un poco de queso de mesa (todo es a la cantidad que te vayas a comer). Listo, a disfrutar. Provechito!
