  15. 1 cucharadita vinagre de arroz o blanco
  16. 5 cucharadas salsa catsup
  17. 2 cucharadas azúcar

  1. Primero pen un bol colocamos la pechuga en cuadritos, le ponemos la pimienta, la salsa de soya, el vinagre y las hojuelas de chile, mezclamos bien y dejamos marinar unos minutos
  2. En lo que se marina nuestro pollo haremos la salsa, en un sartén antiadherente de preferencia colocamos la salsa de soya, el caldo de pollo, la piña, el azúcar, la salsa catsup y el vinagre y dejamos hervir a fuego medio-bajo unos minutos, vamos a ver cómo espesa poco a poco, si nos gusta más espesa podemos esperarla con un poco de maicena disuelta en agua, si este es el caso es necesario rectificar el sazón y que la maicena esté cocida
  3. Cuando tengamos listo la salsa y a forma opcional podemos mezclar el huevo batido y la harina junto con el pollo, esto para separar los cuadritos del pollo, la manera en la que lo hago es, pasar un cuadrito en huevo, luego en harina y colocamos en un plato
  4. En una olla profunda colocamos una cantidad considerable de aceite para freír el pollo, una vez caliente el aceite mantendremos una temperatura media alta
  5. Ya que tenemos la temperatura adecuada en el aceite empezamos a freír los cuadritos de pollo en tandas pequeñas, cuando ya estén bien dorados, colocamos en un papel absorbente
  6. Una vez que tengamos frita toda la pechuga del pollo en un wok o en un sartén de Paredes altas colocamos un chorrito de aceite y sofreímos la cebolla
  7. Cuando la cebolla esté transparente agregamos los pimientos y dejamos un par de minutos, una vez listos agregamos el pollo ya frito y mezclamos bien por uno o dos minutos, agregamos la salsa que elaboramos anteriormente y mezclamos por dos minutos más, apagamos al fuego y servimos, podemos acompañar con arroz blanco
