- Antes de empezan ten todo listo y a la mano es decir... ten todo picado
- En una cacerola mediana agrega un poco de aceite a fuego medio, agrega el ajo y después la cebolla
- Esperamos a que la cebolla y el ajo estén doraditos y agregamos las verduras..primero la zanahoria después la manzana y al último las papas, dejamos cocinar 5 min moviendolas
- Transcurrido ese tiempo agredamos la carne sazonamos con el jengibre y si gusta un poco de pimienta negra y cocinamos por otros 5 min moviendo constantemente
- Transcurrido ese tiempo agregamos el caldo de pollo (EL CALDO TIENE QUE CUBRIR LAS VERDURAS Y LA CARNE) y dejamos cocer con tapa por 15min Fuego medio
- Después le quitamos la espuma acumudala con un a cuchara ya que esto ea grasa que despide la carne
- Transcurrido ese tiempo agregamos el curry, maizena y el chorrito de soya y mezclamos y volvemos a cocer por 10 o 15min con la tapa
- Y opcionalmente también agrega el chorrito de miel junto con la albahaca
- Cuando las verdura estén tiernas lo retiramos del fuego y dejamos resposar, sírvelo con arroz blanco y listo!!! buen provecho
